Installation Guide
Framework Installation:
- Install the main suspension grid system according to the manufacturer’s instructions. This typically involves attaching the main runners to the ceiling using hangers or other appropriate fasteners.
- Ensure the main runners are level and properly aligned. Use a laser level or a string line to achieve accurate alignment.
Secondary Support Installation:
- Install the secondary support components, such as cross tees or hangers, perpendicular to the main runners to create the grid pattern.
- Maintain proper spacing between the support components according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
Hook-On Panels Installation:
- Start by installing the perimeter panels. These panels will have a hook or flange that engages with the edge of the suspension grid.
- Align the panel with the grid and gently push it upward until the hooks engage securely.
- Continue installing the remaining panels in a systematic manner, working from one side of the ceiling to the other.
- Ensure each panel is aligned properly and securely hooked onto the suspension grid. Check for any gaps or misalignments between panels.
