About Open Cell Ceilings
Open Cell ceiling systems comprise a series of open cell modules designed to lay onto a suspension grid. The ceiling tiles can integrate within other metal ceiling systems and plasterboard ceilings.

Installation Guide
Install the Suspension System:
- Start by locating the ceiling joists or support structure. Use a stud finder if necessary.
- Install the main runners parallel to the longest walls, following the design layout and spacing guidelines.
- Attach the main runners to the ceiling using appropriate hangers or fasteners, ensuring they are securely anchored.
- Install the cross tees perpendicular to the main runners, spacing them according to the design specifications.
- Cut the cross tees to fit the dimensions of the ceiling, if necessary.
Install the Open Cell Ceiling Panels:
- Begin by placing the first panel in one corner of the ceiling, starting from the outside edge.
- Align the panel with the suspension system, ensuring it sits securely in place.
- Attach the panel to the suspension system using screws or clips, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Repeat the process for each subsequent panel, making sure they fit tightly together and align with the design layout.
- Cut panels as needed to fit around obstructions or at the edges of the ceiling using appropriate tools.
